The Energy, Utility, and Environment Conference will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center from Jan. 30 – Feb. 1 and preceded by Pre-Conference Workshops on Jan. 29. Eric Hiser will lead a Pre-Conference Workshop on Jan. 29 and co-chair a “Permits and Compliance” panel discussion on Feb. 1. The workshop will offer information on new developments in clean air regulation, current EPA enforcement priorities, planning and preparing for an inspection, and using the permit process to minimize enforcement exposure. Mr. Hiser’s contribution to the panel discussion will focus on recent trends in air permit challenges by EPA and activist groups.
